Construction
The first mouse mats to be made were textile topped mats and this is the preferred surface for many mouse users. With a natural rubber base these mats have superb lay-flat and non-slip qualities.
Print
Dye sublimation, which is the only process we recommend, produces a good result. With this process, the image is first printed using special dyes onto a carrier paper, which is then applied to the mat. Under heat and pressure, the image is permanently dyed into the fabric and it will not wear away. Colours are bright and strong.
Packaging
Usually bulk packed.
Sizes
Standard sizes
197mm x 235mm and 197mm diameter circle
Thickness of 1.5mm, 3mm and 5mm.
Other sizes and special shapes can be made without difficulty, although there are costs for the cutting.
Recommendations
A superb product. Weighing only 42g, the thin 1.5mm mat is particularly stylish and easy to mail.
